I live in Oregon and was looking for an attorney in Texas to help me as with my uncle's estate, which ended up being a probate case without a will. I had a conference call with Tom and hiring him was the best decision that I made and am glad he took this case on with me living in Oregon. Tom has so much knowledge in estate planning, probate cases and more and he takes pride in what he does. I worked with Drake & Lisa most of the time and had the pleasure of meeting them in person. I will say that Lisa inspired me and I'm thankful she had patience with me. I took the initiative to research probate cases to understand what I was about to go through. They told me this was a complex case, but I didn’t really realize this until months later there was a total of 11 heirs by default with no will which is why this was so complicated, and a lot of work had to be done. I finally became Independent Executor of his estate by month 8 and now I’m finalizing things and couldn’t have done this without the guidance and knowledge that they provided me, as well as the support from family.

This law firm came to my rescue when I needed them in a situation where I had no clue on what or how to do what needed to be done. They were nice and very professional with a smile and reasonable. They got on my case right away and assured me that they had my back and not to worry and they took care of me in a quick time zone. And answered me back when I called or emailed as well as let me know what was going on step by step I was so pleased and thankful till I had to cry because I felt like a family member of theirs. I highly recommend them and I will certainly without a doubt use there services again.
